Help Stop Me Ltd
Lancaster, Lancashire, LA2 6ND
HelpStopMe Ltd provides online CBT therapy for a wide range of conditions. The treatment has been designed and is delivered by top Psychotherapists and psychologists practicing on Harley Street London. The therapy is given using highly innovative programmes and Apps, in video format, but also allows for psychometric testing and submission of all coursework online. Traditionally conditions such as depression and anxiety have been treated with medication, which whilst having its place, at best only treats the symptoms. CBT offers people the opportunity to change the way they think, and behave so as to overcome the condition. This quality of treatment is being offered to the general public and is unrivalled both in terms of quality and price. This approach is revolutionary and the company hopes to bring help to sufferers on a global scale.
Dr Emma Pearce
Manchester, Lancashire, M1 2HX
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years experience working in NHS settings. My clinical experience has involved working in high, medium and low forensic settings, community forensic outpatient services, specialist mental health teams, psychotherapy and counseling services. I am highly skilled in assessing and treating individuals with complex mental health issues, offending and personality difficulties. I utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), which are both evidence based and in line with clinical best practice. I provide a professional and bespoke service to solicitors. My approach is one of collaboration and objectivity and my work is based on best clinical practice. I welcome instructions from solicitors in the preparation of forensic assessment reports, attendance at professionals meetings and expert witness services. I also offer empathic non judgemental therapy to individual clients. I have experience of working with people from all walks of life with a variety of psychological difficulties that impact upon their lives. During therapy we work together to understand how problems have developed and why repeating patterns have been hard to change. Therapy can increase confidence in managing difficulties and fosters skills to enable empowerment and sustainable positive changes. In addition I offer a life coaching service that uses a CAT approach to recognise and revise repeating unhelpful patterns that individuals find impact on their relationships, themselves and their view of the world. If your inquiry is outside my area of expertise I can offer advice and recommend experienced chartered clinical psychologists who can provide psychological opinions and therapy to best suit your needs.
