Our yoga studio is heated to 28-32C, so it's hot but not uncomfortably so. Hot Power Yoga uses heated panels rather than hot air, so it feels like you're basking in the sunshine rather than standing under a hairdryer! The heat is very comforting and encourages the body to detoxify through sweating. It also warms the muscles and joints to promote flexibility and deeper detoxification. The chance of injury is minimised, and healing of old injuries promoted.

Our expert yoga teachers ensure each Hot Power Yoga class is unique, which makes it a more interesting and fun yoga experience for you.
