The Personal Training we provide is very comprehensive. You will recieve a free, no obligation consultation. If you wish to proceed you will have your health status, body fat percentages and measurements taken and recorded. From there we will look at where you are now and what we will be doing to get you where you need to be. As we go along you will receive regular recorded updates on your progress and periodically we will revisit your relevant health and fitness testing which will be tailored to your goals so you can see exactly where and by how much you have improved.
