Human Resources and Wellbeing Consultancy giving HR and Employment Law advice specialising in absence, stress and health management at work. We advise on all attendance and well-being issues including presenteeism, resilience, mental health, learning disability/difficulty or impairment, domestic abuse, work-related violence, addictions and eating disorders. We work nationally with, and are supported by, associates who are experts in those fields or in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Employee Assistance, Counselling, Complementary/Alternative Therapies, Nutrition, Diet, Fitness, Recovery, Veterans and Disability Awareness, Teambuilding and Employee Engagement. In addition we help employers with Recruitment, Equality & Diversity, Employee Relations, Discipline, Grievance, Harassment/Bullying, Contractual and Redundancy or Termination issues. We encourage a holistic approach to reduce absenteeism costs, alleviate stress in periods of change and financial austerity, support flexible working, promote positive policies in mental health, disability and abuse with an aim to eliminate the associated stigmas and discrimination.
