Walker Sandford Property Management Ltd incorporate William Cherry & Sandford, a factoring company with over 100 years of service. Walker Sandford itself has now been trading for over sixteen years. Walker Sandford has two core duties in relation to property management. The first of these is to facilitate the maintenance of the common areas. This will take the form of taking instruction from proprietors for required repairs. We will in turn instruct suitable contractors on behalf of the proprietors. The second, no less important, duty relates to the administration of accounts. The following represent a variety of the services we undertake on behalf of our clients: Essential Property Maintenance Regular, Reactive, Planned or Scheduled. Property Inspection Reports Discover property defects at an early stage. Manageable Monthly Accounting Clear and detailed invoicing monthly, allowing better budgeting. Communication Dedicated customer services staff on hand. Emergency Cover Peace of mind for urgent communal matters. Common Buildings Insurance Ensure total cover is in place for all property units. Lift Maintenance / Insurance and Fire Alarm Maintenance Experienced staff who can organise these services as required. Receive All Correspondence By Email As clients you will have the option of receiving all forms of correspondence by email.  In addition to opting for either traditional mail or electronic mail, Walker Sandford offer the option of taking the majority of your correspondence by email and still receiving your invoicing by traditional hard copy mail.
