BREAKING THE MOULD Many health, fitness, well being and lifestyle coaches out there focus purely on getting a physique, often preaching that "having a ripped physique will build your confidence and change your life". While I believe this is partially true, I believe that for many people out there, there is more to their lives than just having a set of abs. Many out there, want to achieve things specific to them. Things not even health and fitness related. This is where Modern Primal Fitness breaks the mould. WHAT IS IT ABOUT THEN? Modern Primal Fitness is centred around using health, fitness and athleticism AS A MEANS TO GRABBING LIFE BY THE HORNS AND BUILDING YOUR LIFE FROM THE GROUND UP, STARTING WITH YOUR BODY. It is about applying science to success and getting what you want from life. The main vehicle by which we navigate our lives, is our body and if your body is broken down, you aren't going to be able to maintain the performance you need to get where you are going. Quite simply, if you don't HONOUR YOUR BODYS NATURAL NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS then it will break down on a muscular, hormonal, neurochemical, emotional and physical level. This will not only leave you with a sick, degenerated, broken down, unattractive body, but with that feeling deep down of LONGING TO BE IN CONTROL AND BE WHO YOU WANT TO BE. HOW DO WE DO THIS? Using a combination of coaching, equipment, routines, habits, information and resources in my blog taken from OLYMPIC LEVEL COACHES, HEALTH EXPERTS, EXERCISE SCIENTISTS and EXPERIENCE TEACHING CLIENTS AND CLASSES FROM ALL BACKGROUNDS as well as family, friends and myself over the last 6 years, you can take control of your lifestyle to allow you to become healthy, fit and athletic, and help you perform at a high level day to day, WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT IT.
