Shaitsu is a deeply relaxing form of Japanese bodywork with roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Using Acupressure, Massage, gentle stretches and joint manipulation Shiatsu helps to rebalance the body and ease physical tension and stiffness. Shiatsu also creates a safe space for those who wish to explore emotional difficulties such as depression, stress and anxiety or looking to make life-style changes. Sessions are 1:1, usually sitting or lying on a futon and the reciever remains fully clothed at all times. Sessions last about an hour, and usually a course of tretments is recommended.
