6 week course for postnatal women who are ok to exercise following their 6 week check up (10 for c-section births). The course is specifically designed to help the body return to its pre-pregnancy condition by concentrating on flattening the tummy, tightening the pelvic floor, correcting posture and building stamina and strength. Meet other mums in a comfortable and friendly environment.
