I can coach people in small businesses on career development, preparing for retirement, work life balance, time management, and personal development. Personal development could include,improving image,improving self esteem,developing relationships and dealing with conflicts. Personal Coaching can deal with areas such as careers, health,finance, family/friends,worklife balance, relatonships, personal space and contribution to society. The essence of the coaching would be for the client to visualise and clarify what they want, help them set specific measureable goals and then supporting them to achieve these goals.
