Hi, my name is Lee Walker, and I am a Level 3 REPS qualified Personal Trainer. I''m 28 years old, and I am also a certified Power Plate Instructor and Extreme Kettlebell Instructor. I have identified through personal experience and through my clients that you need motivation, confidence and knowledge to achieve results from an exercise programme, whether in the gym or in an external environment. My aim is to help you learn about your body, and how to use equipment and planned exercises to get the best out of yourself and achieve your goals. In addition, I will advise you on key aspects of diet, nutrition and lifestyle. At our first session, I will carry out a fitness and diet audit with you and use this information to design your programmes, so that you can maximise YOUR investment in YOUR personal trainer and YOUR future.
