My name is Rachel and I counsel children, young people and adults who have experienced trauma. I am a qualified youth worker, health promotion trainer and a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor. I provide a compassionate space offering counselling at our Studio in Leek, Walk and Talk Therapy as well as remote/online counselling via ZOOM/Whats App, over the phone, and email. I aim to help you move step by step towards the life you want. I can help you to become more effective at work, regain connection with people in your life, feeling fabulous to be you, to be able to move past painful experiences. You may feel anxious, low mood and you want to feel happier, less stress. You are unhappy with where you are in life but unsure where to start to make a change. You just don't feel like yourself. You worry that if you talk to family or friends, this will burden them. Sometimes we need someone to listen without judging us or telling us what we should do. You need time and freedom to explore your issues, find the solutions and work out what you need to do. ​We now have a designated art studio that is available for more therapeutic creative sessions working with young people and adults.
