BDC are a community regeneration company based at our Remote Working/Teleworking office in Yell, Shetland and offer the following office facilities and services:

- Workstation/desk hire £8 per day/£5 half day
- Large Meeting Room £70 per day/£40 half day
- Small Meeting Room £5 per hr (Free Encrypted WiFi access included for above)
- Public internet access £1 for 30 mins
