Our standard fees are 0.75% of the sale price as a Sole Agency with a £99 marketing fee, and 0.75% as a Multiple Agency with a £249 marketing fee. High Street Shops & Newspapers We don’t have expensive high street shops or advertise in the local press so these savings are pasted directly back to you in the form of lower commission rates.
