Deborah teaches Pilates at her studio in Sonning where she offers sessions on a 1:1 basis. Deborah''s approach is holistic and unique. She combines her Pilates expertise with postural assessment derived from her knowledge of sports massage therapy. From this Deborah is able to devise programmes tailored to meet each client''s individual need. These often include stiffness and tightness from every day living or wanting a more toned body including a flatter stomach to rehabilitation from sports injuries or operations.
