These include: Micro Rings- These are small metal rings which are attached to both your own hair and the extension hair in order to create a small bond, there is no glue or head involved in either applying or removing the extensions which is why this method is best if your hair is more finer and fragile, or you do not want to add much volume! Shrinkies- The shrinkies are applied in a similar way to the micro rings although you use a small keratin tube which is heated to join the both your hair and the extension hair. These are fantastic and a favourite choice for Elite’s clientele as the bonds can be as small as a grain of rice, not to mention the long lasting result! Fusion- The fusion method involves using either a weft or bulk human hair which is cut or taken in small sections and glued with a hot glue gun using keratin glue, the hair is then placed onto your hair and rolled with a silicone pad to make the join! This is the most talked about method! Pre-bonded- The pre-bonded method is similar to the fusion method although the hair comes pre-bonded with keratin glue to start with so it can be applied using a heat applicator and rolled with a silicon pad!
