UK Fitness Camps offers daily outside bootcamp style training evening and daytime sessions at various locations, Boot Camp weekends and Weeks, PERSONAL TRAINING, NUTRITION ADVICE, HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS, BIO-SIGNATURE (HORMONE LEVEL) AND BODY FAT ANALYSING. We also deal with sessions for kids experiencing problems and bullying at school, and deal with mentoring and lifecoaching adults and children. We have premises where our one to one personal training is underaken in quiet surroundings and consultations undertaken. We have an outside marquee area where numerous fitness and kids sessions are held, next a beautiful and peaceful/relaxing decked area next to a canal. We are also the 4th company in the UK to introduce the "Nibble Fish" known to most people as the foot and hand spa. These magical therapuetic fish are the secret to natural beautiful skin on your hands and feet. These doctor fish are put to work by nibbling on your skin removing dead skin cells through natural exfoliation. This helps with skin regeneration in a totally unique and fun way.
