I work from home in a dedicated therapy room where I can offer a friendly yet professional environment.As I work from the ground floor, I can also offer disabled access. I work with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, low self confidence, bereavement and trauma, abuse, health or identity related issues and body image problems. Using CBT, I will help you to explore the connection between your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviours and show you how changing the way we think about a situation will ultimately change the way we feel (and therefore our actions as a result).
