Primary Design''s services include: Design: 3D CAD is one of the most widely used tools in reaching the finished product when producing Race car or Supercar exhausts. Primary Designs consulted their top customers in F1 and LMP Sports cars in 2002, as a result they now use Siemens Solid Edge ST2 - a product which shares similar architecture and file integration to Unigraphics NX (as used by some Formula1 teams). Primary Designs use Tube Expert - a bespoke CAD software for exhaust design. Tube Bending: Primary Designs tube bending department can manufacture tube to an almost indefinite range of sizes from 47mm diameter to 83mm diameter in material thickness 0.3mm-1.2mm up to 400mm long in Inconel, Stainless Steel and Titanium.
