Life Coaching The aim of the Life Coaching sessions is to empower you to fulfil yourself and achieve. The sessions identify what blocks you from achieving in life, and use powerful and proven tools, techniques and strategies to systematically break down those blockages. Coaching sessions with Stimulus are different because we focus on your health and well-being as well as your life. Where appropriate we can incorporate Reiki and/or Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping technique designed to release emotional blocks) into the sessions to provide a more holistic experience for you. Previous clients have gone on to make major changes in their lives as a result of Life Coaching with Stimulus: from feeling a renewed sense of self worth to changing careers to finding a life partner. Seminars Seminars are run in Leicester, in the heart of the East Midlands, and cover a range of personal growth and development areas including stress management, confidence and self esteem building, goal setting and time management. About The Life Coach The Life Coach and seminar facilitator is Carmen Gilfillan. Carmen is a qualified Life Coach, a Reiki Practitioner and an established trainer, speaker and specialist in personal and professional achievement, who has been involved in extensive research and development within this field for thirteen years. Carmen has also authored and published a number of articles on self help and wellness.
