Cornish Wools

Cornish Wools Ltd, is based in the small Cornish village of Perranuthnoe, just a stones throw from Mounts Bay. We produce arange of totally natural knitting yarns, Cornish Eco, which aremade from Alapaca and sheep fleece, some of which are on the rare or ''at risk'' register. All our fleece come from within Cornwall, mainly from smaller farms and small holdings. From Farm to Yarn, we select the fleeces we require on the Farm at shearing time. We then hand sort the fleeces, removing the poor quality strands, then the fleeces are taken o mills by our staff,so we can discuss with the spinner as to exactly what quality, mix and ply we require. We also sell an interesting and unusual range of branded yarns at our shop in Perranuthnoe, as well as from our ''on-line'' shop.
