I have over ten years experience of helping people to recover from addiction, eating disorders, obsessive behaviour and low self-worth. I have three years experience in a counselling role. I offer regular one-to-one counselling sessions in peaceful and comfortable surroundings in Fareham. I am situated within easy reach of the M27 J9/11 and 15 minutes walk from Fareham station. Counselling offers you an opportunity to talk in confidence without being judged and without being told what to do. The focus of my counselling work is on helping you find solutions to your problems.
