Authentic paella for parties, events, markets and occasions We cater for private parties, weddings and corporate events throughout the South East of England, cooking authentic paella using the best local produce. Viva Paella is your ideal catering solution for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas parties, and corporate events such as golf days, annual parties or entertaining clients. Our huge paella pans can feed up to 50 people, making Viva Paella the perfect solution to your event. We are able to cater for up to 200 people in one sitting and we create a unique spectacle for guests as the paellas are cooked al fresco in front of you. Business partners, Jonathan and Melissa combine 30 years'' experience as chefs, sharing a passion for food and love of Spain. We have both lived and travelled extensively all over Spain and eaten and cooked a lot of paella. You’ll also find us at local food markets and farmers'' markets.
