REACT is a charitable project that generates funding through the sale of new and donated household furniture, including bedroom, living room and dining furniture. Some donated electrical items are available to people in receipt of means tested benefits for a small handling fee. REACT is a training project for long term unemployed people, assisting them to move forward onto further training or employment. The project is based around furniture re-use and woodwork and through the training, innovative products are created from recycled wood. Funds from the sale of the items enable REACT to continue providing the training to help others in the community.
