As a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist I use a multi-model therapeutic approach tailored to each individual client’s needs so that together we can identify, focus on and explore life issues and bring these to a positive and empowering outcome. I have a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Distinction), and also a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. As an Accredited Member of The Counselling Society and Licentiate Member of The Hypnotherapy Society all of my work adheres to their ethics and codes of conduct.
