Here are just some of the services we can provide: Independent Living Assessments A Support Worker will visit you and your home. We will discuss you needs and look at your regular activities of daily living. We can then discuss with you a Personal Service Plan. You can then choose the services you would like. Daily Living Equipment Rental (e.g. walking frames, wheel chairs, bathing accessories etc) Support Equipment is often expensive so we offer a rental scheme. This may be long term or a short term rental. For example rental of a light-weight walking frame may be needed for a weeks holiday. Daily Living Equipment Sales (e.g. kitchen aids, walking frames, wheel chairs, bathing accessories etc) We offer a large range of competitively priced equipment to support you in your home and your daily activities Fitting / Assembly Services Fitting or assembling furniture or equipment can often be a tricky business, we can provide a Support Worker to help you or do it for you. Home Support Services Ranging from routine domestic tasks to changing bulbs. We can provide a service for you. Befriending Often a friendly face and chat can brighten up our day. Providing conversational stimulation keeps our brains active! Telephone Listening Service A regular chat with someone helps pass the time of day and gives us something to look forward to. Shopping & Banking Services Regular shopping services or one off services are offered. Do you need a hand with the heavy bags? We offer services which include shopping and delivery or even provide transport and assistance for you to shop until you drop! Prescription Collection and Delivery Our collection service can help save you time. We are able to collect your prescription from any of the surgeries in Tyne and Wear. Audio Transcription Services Finding it difficult to read the small print or missing the pages of your best book. We offer a reading service or audio transcript service for you so your not missing out Welfare Visits and Reports Do you family live far away or can''t visit as often as they would like? We offer a welfare service visit which can include a telephone call or email to a family member so they know your safe.
