Our Chartered Physiotherapists are highly trained with a wide range of experience in the rehabilitation of spinal, sports, rheumatology, orthopaedic surgery and chronic pain conditions. We have two sites: a gym for active rehabilitation and a quiet treatment room for acute or irritable conditions. We believe a gym is essential for work and sports rehabilitation. We use the exercise equipment to re-build strength and stamina for job, sports or just to achieve every-day function such as climbing the stairs or cleaning the windows. Being treated in a gym environment puts you in the right frame of mind to think about improving your general fitness to help prevent future injuries. If you''ve never used a gym before, it may also help you to feel more relaxed about using one in the future. If you have an injury or problem with a muscle, joint or nerve that stops you from doing your normal activities then consider us first for treatment!
