Kris has worked in the NHS for 37 years in various specialities including Mental Health, Primary Care Health Centre, Substance Misuse and Bloodborne Virus Service Provision. Kris has regularly enhanced his skills and knowledge through attending numerous courses and workshops. In terms of Clinical Governance as a National NHS priority he has been a member of the Clinical Governance Steering Committee Meetings in his corporate role and was actively involved in presentation of Clinical Audits, educational seminars and receiving and providing clinical supervision on a regular basis .The main object of Clinical Governance is “to deliver the highest quality of services to our patients, manage risk effectively and efficiently and develop the workforce.”
