Working with those who want help identifying a career path by understanding their interests and abilities in a considered and structured way.Working on a 1:2:1 basis Debra offers help in finding an HE course and University to match the needs and requirements of the applicant.University applications including personal statement writing, interview practice, work experience placements. Help with all aspects of job search- CVs, cover letter, interview coaching,assessment centre preparation. Debra is a Registered Guidance Practitioner. Holds a post graduate Qualification in Careers Guidance with more than 20 years prior experience of working with young people as either a careers adviser, trainer or as a qualified FE lecturer.
