Linda is an experienced therapist with a special interest in fertility, pregnancy, labour and birth. She is a qualified NCT antenatal teacher and Birth Companion/Doula. As your birth companion Linda''s service provides you with 2 sessions antenatally to discuss your hopes and wishes for your birth, time to discuss the benefits, risks and alternatives around pain management,induction etc. As a reflexologist and masseur Linda can incorporate these treatments during your labour along with encouragemnt on using physical skills - breathing, visualisation and movement. Partners will be encouraged to be more actively involved if they wish and guidance during the antenatal sessions will enhance their confidence.
