We are two highly motivated health and fitness professionals sharing a passion for living a healthy, active life and dedicated to getting REAL people real RESULTS. After experiencing poor eating habits, lack of exercise and feeling unhappy about our bodies we decided to make the choice and learn how to eat, move and be HEALTHY. We studied nutrition, tried and tested numerous ''diets'' and spoke to the country''s top FAT LOSS EXPERTS. With this knowledge and over fifteen years of client based experience between us we decided to create our very own Boot Camp. We have designed BOOT CAMP LEICESTER for anyone, male or female, young or old, to not only get proven long term fat loss results fast, but to become stronger, happier, healthier and better informed people. Our goal is to educate as many people as we can, from children to adults, the importance of making healthy food choices and keeping active.
