Swedish Massage:- The traditional form of Western Massage focussed on the superficial muscles and skin, to provide clients with a relaxation and de stress. Deep Tisue Massage:- Focusses on the deeper muscles of the body and the interconecting myo fascia, to release long held tension and reallign tissues that have been displaced by trauma or overuse. From August I will be offering Sports Massage Treatments. - Similar to Deep Tissue Massage in techniques, although including more active participation (via passive and active manipualtions) from the client. These treatments also focus on the particlualr sport/activity in which the client participates and the muscles used to ensure optimal function.
