You need to have “The Caribbean Food Shack” - our themed gazebo 3m x 4.5m offers a selection of tasty traditional Caribbean food and soft drinks like Coconut Chicken Curry, Curry Mutton, Rice and Peas, Jerk Chicken & Vegetarian dishes – fantastic flavours of the Caribbean. To add to this we have sounds of the Caribbean pans playing in the background off of our surround sound system for those who like a bit of a party dance as they pass by hearing the rhythms of Calypso - rhumba - salsa - Reggae.... As an optional extra we can have our solo, 2, 3 or 4 piece live steel band playing (additional cost to organisers) with lots of audience participation to the likes of Limbo & saucy dances, our presents will certainly add to the "happy atmosphere” that’s required for all events like these & contribute to a great fun day out (may potentially help attract more customers too).
