A professional caterer working around and about is likely to come across demanding customers. In a competitive business environment, nothing less than the best will do. After lots of research and some trial and error, there was no other option left but getting the best equipment available. A few machines from the Titan Stainless Steel Range, chosen with the helpful advice from The Spitting Pig Company, have rescued the day on many occasions.
