I provide psychotherapy and counselling to help individuals find successful solutions when they feel anxiety, despair, vulnerable, depressed, stressed and other challenging emotions. Often people feel ''stuck'' in their life and have a need to ''get things sorted''. Psychotherapy and counselling allows people to understand what has led them to feeling trapped or despair and why it is hard to ''see the wood for the trees''. Such insights enable people to see a wider view, take decisions, make choices and create new, interesting and exciting things in their lives. At our first meeting I will listen and see if there is a constructive way we might work together, looking at how psychotherapy or counselling might help you.
