RJB Architect is a small architectural practice dedicated to providing a personal and friendly service. My aim is to make your ideas of a new extension - reality, by providing an architectural service that simplifies the design/planning/building regulation process into one. Many people find it difficult to visualise a proposed building and its internal spaces with just 2d plans and elevations. I am a strong believer in demystifying this process by producing a 3d model allowing you to fully appreciate the scale and design of your ideas. My main area of expertise is realising proposed projects through the creation of exciting architectural visuals using a mixture of mediums. Developing projects from 2d drawings into 3d visuals really gives the subject a feel and appreciation of the finished design. Architectural visuals have proved to be a great help to increase the chance of success for difficult planning applications. Alternatively a seductive architectural image may be required as a marketing tool for an advertisement or competition. No architectural project & visual is too big or small.
