My Baby Massage programme offers an informative, relaxed and fun 4 week course for babies and their mams. Dads and grandparents are also welcome.

You will learn:
The strokes and sequences, The benefits of each stroke, Which oils to use and which to stay away from, When not to massage.

By the end of the course you will have the knowledge to give your baby a 45 minute massage. I keep my classes quite small but if you would prefer a one to one course, they are also available.

My classes are baby led, so expect the unexpected!
