We have a documented Food Hygiene & Food Safety Policy which complies with HACCP Principles, a documented Health & Safety Policy, we hold the relevant PAT & Gas Safety Certificates, Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, we have a ''green'' environmental policy and all of our staff are certified to Level1 in Basic Food & Hygiene as a minimum.
