Baking is not my job it is my passion. Having baked cakes successfully for friends and family for years I would now be delighted to bake for your friends and family too, offering everything from celebration cakes to cupcakes, and family favourites including chocolate fudge cake, brownies and Victoria sponge. I enjoy exploring interesting new flavours and can offer: Chili chocolate red velvet - my speciality! Cocktail cupcakes, including Gin & tonic, Snowball & Pina Colada Chocolate lava Guinness cake Almond & raspberry If you want a particular taste sensation just let me know! I specialise in catering to dietary requirements. My son was dairy intolerant at a young age, so I know how difficult it can be to cater to these requirements, and the free from cakes available in the supermarkets are very gown up flavours and are rarely suitable for a celebration! Almost everything I bake is available as dairy free, gluten free, egg free and nut free - I do handle nuts in my kitchen but all equipment will be thoroughly cleaned before use (as it always is!) and any nut products will be kept away from the food preparation areas whilst I prepare, bake & decorate your order.
