I mentor my clients through a programme accessible to all and as individual and diverse as their own goals. I work with people who are committed to making a difference in all areas of their lives. Struggling to balance a hectic lifestyle; looking for a different approach to weight management; missing some motivation; or wanting more from life are a few of the reasons people work with me. I also work with Small Businesses to help them find solutions and create a vision for their business or work with them to enhance their offering to their clients. As well as defining goals and creating an action plan, I support my clients through a 12 month programme designed to give them the skills to stay on track no matter what.
