This is gentle movement, relaxation and breathing packaged in a user friendly and unique way. Classes are run in 6 week terms and need to booked in advance & are suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy. £54 for 6 weeks, advanced booking necessary. Classes available in Northampton, Buckingham & Towcester I also offer Couples/Birth Partner Workshops & Baby Massage Classes
