I am a chartered psychologist working from a home-based independent private practice in Tilgate (Crawley), offering adults (18 and over) individual counselling/ psychotherapy. I have had experience working as a psychologist both within the NHS and in private practice. I am registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

I work with clients suffering from more common, less complex mental health difficulties, such as mild to moderate forms of depression or anxiety (including simple phobias). Clients may either be self-referred or referred by another health worker (e.g. general practitioner).

The focus of therapy is to facilitate meaningful change through the use of one or more types of psychological treatment (e.g. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Psychodynamic Therapy, etc.).
