We are a physical therapy service for the treatment of back pain, neck pain, and all other types of mechanical injury or conditions such as arthritis and rheumatism. Our practice has been located in Hertfordshire for nearly 30 years. I like to use a varied approach to each treatment session and generally use treatments such as massage, joint mobilisation, exercises and remedial stretching such as Met, cupping, and various types of electrotherapy and ultrasound. Where necessary we would consider using strapping and taping techniques, and kinetic taping. The clinic is based in Broxbourne in Hertfordshire, but we sit on the border also of Essex and have a large catchment location. Also we are only a few minutes from Broxbourne train station.
