Text M8 is an sms based counselling and guidance service. A person simply texts M8 followed by a brief description of their issue to 82070. That is then read and a carefully considered response is sent direct to you for FREE. The text/s you send us cost £1:50 each. We were established and are registered with the permission of the regulating service Phonepay Plus. The service itself is run and facilitated by fully qualified and experienced counsellors. The vision behind it''s creation is in us wanting to make counselling something more widely accessible and cost effective whilst acknowledging the current ways we communicate with each other. Though offering counselling Via Text is not common we believe it to be a highly valuable means of direct support as well as an effective and confidential way for a problem to be shared and dealt with. It has power in its complete confidentiality, you only need give us your age and a description of your life issue. So for occasions when we feel your issue requires more than we can offer via text we recognise the strength of you sharing with us and provide details of further support that can help you. For many using our service is the first step in dealing with long term issues and unresolved conflicts and difficulties.
