Pure Soles Reflexology is owned by Francesca Bickerdyke. Francesca was trained at the London School of Reflexology under one of the UK''s leading practitioners, Louise Keet. Francesca is fully insured to practice, she is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and has a certified Diploma in Pre-conception, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Reflexology. She is also currently working towards her Level 3 Diploma in Healthy Eating and Wellbeing. Francesca has a background both in the corporate and charity sectors. She is a mother of two children and understands how busy lives can cause stress and so values the importance of taking time out to relax and recharge. Francesca takes a holistic approach to reflexology and focuses on all aspects of her client''s lives to help make a positive change to their health and happiness. Pure Soles Reflexology is situated in the heart of Letchworth Garden City close to Howard Gardens.
