Cognitive Hypnotherapy combines hypnotherapy with Neuro-linguistic Programming and includes the use of techniques such as EFT (or ''tapping''), Reconsolidation and Gesalt chair, as well as using methods taken from the principles of positive psychology and CBT. I provide a bespoke service tailored to help you move towards whatever it is that you want to change, whether its dealing with anxiety and phobias, confidence in public speaking, sports performance, managing some aspect of your health, weight loss, pain management, or changing an unwanted behaviour like smoking. I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and am on the CNHC Accredited register set up by the Professional Standards Authority. I am also registered with the Information Commissioner in accordance with the Data Protection Act. I have a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (DipCHyp) and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (HPD) as well as a Practitioner Certificate in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
