I work with adults aged 16 years and over and offer both short-term (6-12 sessions) and longer term work (more than 20 sessions) depending on what you prefer and need. I offer both online and face-to-face counselling (£40 per 50 minute session) on weekday evenings and weekends. I offer the initial 30 minute session free of charge if taken online.
