We have over 200 acts on our books at Half A Note Jazz, ranging from Dj's to 20 piece bands, crossing all genres. Our bands encompass the up & coming, to top signed acts. Our business is simple. It specifically targets the younger yet classy audiance, from young professionals to local industry (hospitality) workers. This is an audiance which has alot of 'cool', and money to burn, and yet is much ignored in regards to promoting to, in the Reading and surrounding area. Research tells us that they want a venue, that doesn't just offer them a place to have a quiet drink after work, but, a venue which offers them cool live entertainment. We have promoted many sucessful nights in Reading, London and the North, and continue to generate alot of income in these venues. To ensure that the 'young' element is engaged, we employ strictly cool, sexy young acts, almost exclusively under the 30year old bracket. We have worked, and continue to work with top brands such as; Trojan Records, Kartel Records, Dune Records, Pitcher & Piano, Slug and Lettuce, Santa Fe, and our contacts encompass the whole music / press industry.
