Bee-Fit Club is a friendly, affordable, inclusive personal training gym for all abilities from age 15. We currently have members from 15 -84 and all ages in-between. Because every session is with a personal trainer, we can work around any injury and health issue and with any ability from the elite athlete to the fitness novice and, because every session is with a personal trainer, members are challenged in every session. Our highly-experienced trainers have been dedicated to working with members to reach their fitness goals for the past 12 years. There are no mirrors and no judging: it is a wholly supportive and welcoming environment in which to achieve your fitness goals, whether that be weight-loss, strength, stamina, bone density, mental health, flexibility or general health and well-being. We have social events and a closed Facebook where members can exchange fitness ideas, goals, achievements and general chat. Bee-Fit has a family-feel where everyone supports one another and finds themselves enjoying the workouts, however tough!
