I draw upon various Counselling approaches Person centred, Psychodynamic, Developmental and CBT counselling techniques to suit the individual. Working through the relationship supports your present issues and concerns and those which may stem from the past and may be affecting your ability to live your life in a fuller way. Most importantly it's carried out in a safe secure and confidential environment, providing a warm, empathic service to all of clients to guide you through these difficult times. Throughout my continuing work as an NHS associate Counsellor (Umbrella) LGBTQ/sexual health counselling service I have specific experience of working with a range of issues including relationship and family issues, sexuality and gender issues, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, abuse, trauma, bereavement and loss.
