I offer counselling for individuals and couples in quiet, peaceful and secluded surroundings near central Southampton. I am passionate about helping people make positive change in their lives, be happier and have better relationships with others. I bring together more than a decade's worth of professional counselling experience and a broad theoretical knowledge base to offer you a way of working that is tailored specifically to meet your needs. I recognise that you want to make changes that last and I offer practical ways for you to achieve that. In addition to counselling services, I offer clinical supervision and training to counsellors.
